Bio: Michael Wacker is the Online Professional Development Coordinator in the Office of Teaching and Leadership of the Denver Public School System. He focuses on systemic and sustainable infusion of technology into instruction and the curriculum. He has been working with the facilitation and online availability of professional development for DPS educators. He often leads workshops at local and national conferences on learning and leading in today's environment, Web 2.0, blended and hybrid learning, Professional Development, and the sound integration of technology into the classroom. Michael holds a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction, with an emphasis on course design and facilitation. On top of this, Michael knows more about the plethora of Google tools that can be leveraged for classroom use than almost anyone you'll meet.
